Thank you for your interest in serving on the Chickahominy Woods Townhouses Association (CWTA) Board of Directors. 

Board members play a vital role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaged neighborhood. By stepping forward, you're helping shape the future of our community — strengthening what works, addressing what needs attention, and ensuring CWTA remains a place we’re all proud to call home.

Serving on the Board is more than a title — it’s a chance to lead with purpose, influence key decisions, and support your neighbors. If you're passionate about where you live and ready to contribute, we encourage you to apply.

Application Information
You may apply at any time to be considered for the next available appointment. The community will also receive formal calls for candidates ahead of scheduled elections.

Expectations
Board members are expected to contribute at least four (4) hours per month, which may include:

• Attending board meetings
• Participating in committees
• Reviewing reports and materials
• Responding to HOA-related correspondence

In addition, if elected, board members must comply with federal regulations.
