About Our Association

Chickahominy Woods Townhouses Association (CWTA) is a Virginia Property Owners Association made up of zoned single-family townhouses. Each owner holds title to both their townhouse and the lot, unlike condominiums.

Subdivision: Lee Terrace Townhouses

Location: Located in the Varina District of Highland Springs, Henrico County, Virginia. We’re close to major routes including I-295, I-64, Route 156, Route 60, and Route 895, with a GRTC Pulse stop just a mile away.

Parking: Parking is limited due to the 1970s design and surrounding wetlands. Each household is allowed two vehicles. Additional vehicles must park on Lee Avenue. Parking by permit only, and towing is enforced.

Streets: Colonel Dr. and Southern Ct. are private streets maintained by CWTA. All street surfaces are fire lanes except where parking is assigned.

  • We are adjacent to a wetlands conservation area, where wildlife (including snakes) may be present.
  • Drones are not permitted per FAA regulations.
