2026 Proxy and Board Election Ballot

Please complete the form in full and submit it using one of the methods below. One form per household.

We strongly discourage mailing ballots, as they may be delayed or lost.

Important Notes:

• This form serves as your vote and your attendance proxy at the Annual Meeting. Whether you attend in person or not, your voice matters.
• All owners are encouraged to submit a completed and signed proxy and ballot.
• If you attend the meeting after submitting this form, your original ballot will be voided, and you'll receive a new paper ballot.

Guidance for Households with Two Owners:

• If your property is jointly owned (two people on the deed), both owners must submit one ballot together (one vote per household).
• Be sure to include contact information for both owners in case verification is needed.

Voting Instructions:

• Vote for up to three (3) individuals only.
• If you vote for three named candidates and add additional write-ins, write-in votes will not be counted.
• Only write in individuals you have confirmed are willing to serve.
• All candidates, including write-ins, must meet eligibility requirements (e.g., no outstanding assessments).

About Proxies:

• This proxy grants your voting rights to Malcolm Jones, President, or Jamale James, Vice President, in his absence.
• Proxies may vote on additional matters or late nominations raised during the Annual Meeting.
• This proxy is valid only for the June 16, 2026, Annual Meeting and is automatically revoked at adjournment.

Acknowledgment (Required):

By submitting this form, I/we acknowledge that all owners listed on the deed must sign this proxy and ballot. I/we understand that this proxy is revocable—if any listed owner attends the Annual Meeting in person, this proxy will be voided, and a new paper ballot will be issued. I/we also understand that the proxyholder may vote on our behalf for any additional qualified nominees or matters raised during the meeting. This proxy is valid only for the June 16, 2026, Annual Meeting and will automatically expire upon the meeting's adjournment.
